Welfare & Safeguarding

Welfare covers the general well-being of everyone associated with the club.

There are procedures in place to ensure that coaches are aware of medical conditions which might affect participants and who to contact in an emergency. In addition, all clubs must follow British Rowing’s  Safeguarding and Protecting Children Policy and Warrington Rowing Club also follows their guidance on how much and how often junior members should be rowing.

Frankie Sinnott is Warrington Rowing Club’s Welfare Officer and is the first point of contact for anyone with questions or concerns.
